Privacy Policy
The Privacy Statement of copernicus.szczecin.pl and [hereinafter: INTERNET WEBSITES] has been prepared by Pazim Sp. z o. o. and is a testament to its recognition of privacy issues in online services. The following paragraphs contain the rules for collecting and disseminating customer information applicable to the above-mentioned websites:
§ 1. INTERNET WEBSITES limit the use and collection of customer information to the minimum required to provide the highest level of service to our customers, which includes, but is not limited to, the following. Informing our customers about the products and services we offer.
§ 2. Through the “Newsletter” box posted on the WEBSITE, we collect information about users, such as e-mail addresses or personal and address data. This information is not made available to third parties except with the prior consent of Users or if required by applicable law and is mainly used to fulfill obligations to customers, including but not limited to Delivery of subscriptions and subscribed news.
§ 3. We use users’ IP addresses in diagnosing problems related to the operation of our server, in analyzing security violations and in managing our INTERNET WEBSITES. Contact information from contest participants is also used to contact them when necessary (e.g., to transfer a prize). Contest participants have the option to opt out of receiving e-mails from us.
§ 11. INTERNET WEBSITES do not monitor and verify information on the age of their audiences – recipients and users of e-mailing lists, participants in surveys and those taking part in contests. Contact information from visitors (such as users’ email addresses) is used to process orders, send information about our company and promotional materials from some of our partners.
§ 12. Minors should not send any information, make orders or subscribe to services provided by our service without the knowledge of their parents or guardians.
§ 13. INTERNET WEBSITES are provided with security measures to protect the data under our control from loss, misuse and modification. We undertake to protect any information disclosed to us by customers in accordance with security protection and confidentiality standards. The rights of access to the personal data of service users have been restricted in a restrictive manner, so that the information does not fall into the hands of unauthorized persons.
§ 14. Only a limited number of authorized employees of PAZIM sp. have access to personal and address data. z o. o. on a basis consistent with the Decree of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of June 3, 1998. (Official Gazette No. 80, Regulation No. 521).
§ 15. WEBSITES offers users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving any information from us and our partners, as early as the moment we ask for visitors’ personal information. Our website gives users several options to ensure that information about themselves is removed from our database, to allow them to stop receiving information sent via e-mail or to opt out of our services.

§ 16. Forms located as guests on INTERNET WEBSITES belonging to PAZIM sp. z o. o. and concerning services, products, services and magazines not operated by PAZIM sp. z o. o. Privacy Policy.
